The Challenge
When FinThrive approached Tuck Consulting Group, they were preparing for a major product transition: migrating more than 150 clients from a legacy system onto a newly built product. While a lot of documentation existed, there was no standardized implementation playbook or formal, cross-departmental, end-to-end process in place. The internal teams lacked alignment, and departments ranging from implementation consulting to engineering to marketing had no shared roadmap or knowledge management strategy. The project soon evolved to include the development of a scalable migration playbook and, later, a revenue cycle management module playbook.
