Summary: If you’ve been following any Tuck updates this year, you may have noticed that we refreshed our company values to align with our primary objective of having a Net Positive Impact. If this doesn’t sound familiar, check out our article where we break down the new Tuck Values.

In the spirit of servant leadership, we’ve launched an initiative aimed at impactful organizations, determined professionals, and anyone in the Tuck network who wants to bring more order, clarity, and transparency into their work.

This new initiative is a series of live panel sessions hosted by our ClickUp-verified experts and Alex Tuck, our Founder and Managing Principal. These sessions will be delivered through LinkedIn Live or YouTube Live (because good project managers always research thoroughly and weigh their options). They’re intended to educate small businesses operators and project professionals on the power of ClickUp and how they can use it to scale their organizations.

We hosted our first LinkedIn Live on May 10th, Tuck ClickUp Expert Panel – Favorite Features of 2024 + Live Q&A. Panelists included Alex Morgan, Jacqui Myslinski, Galanda A. Brooker, and Berlynsea Tyler. You can watch the recorded session here.

What was covered during the Live Session?

Each ClickUp expert came with one of their favorite ClickUp features and a succinct explanation of why they love it for our small business clients. Those ClickUp features included:

  • Dashboards as Views
  • Clips Hub
  • Universal Search
  • Dynamic People Fields as Automations

What were some of the Frequently Asked Questions?

How long does it take for a small business to onboard into ClickUp?

The implementation process depends on the size of your organization and the complexity of what you need. Our ClickUp packages start at 30 hours and take 4-6 weeks to complete to allow our experts to properly integrate with your team, learn your pain points, and craft a solution.

Is it free to add employees to a ClickUp Space? Do they get access to all Spaces associated with an account automatically? Can you add them to individual Spaces?

Guests outside of the organization cannot be invited to an entire workspace or space but can be added individually to each component folder/list/etc. within a space and essentially have full access. Just not from the space-level directly.

Employees can only be granted guest “View Only” membership without having to buy additional licenses. If you want your employees to contribute to your Space, or if you’re tired of sending individual invites to external Guests for every Folder they need, you should purchase additional member seats.

Is there a storage limit in ClickUp?

Free Plan 100 MB storage limit
Paid Plans Unlimited storage
