PM Response Team Re-Launch: Summer 2021

As many of those in our network are aware, TCG established the “Project Management Response team” (PM Response) in Spring 2020 as a reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. PM Response was successfully able to assist state and local agencies, non-profits, and small businesses in need; though, the PMR program faded due to a multitude of factors.

Now, the time has come for the PM Response team to be relaunched! PM Response will officially become TCG’s pro-bono practice area with a tentative relaunch in July 2021. Creating a positive social impact is at the center of TCG’s values, so we could not be more excited to regularly support non-profits that lack funding for project management services.

To support the relaunch, we are actively recruiting talented project management contractors to join the team. If you are interested in joining a network of mission-driven professionals and getting to work on meaningful projects for amazing organizations, please email Emily (PM Response Portfolio Manager) at emily@tuckconsultinggroup.com. Stay tuned for more information, as we are working hard to establish policies, benefits, and value statements to support the sustainability of the PM Response mission. And a huge thanks to all who reach out for more information in advance – it’s going to be a fabulous, impactful journey (and a lot of hard work)!

They are at the heart of leading successful teams, engaging stakeholders and conquering challenges to the project plan. Technical skills enable project managers to chart the path from the start of a project to close, but power skills are how they bring the entire team along for the journey to execute a common vision.”
