The Electrical Consultants project focused on automating their 15-day project cycle and improving task management across multiple QC stages. Previously reliant on Excel spreadsheets, the team faced challenges with real-time updates, accountability, and transparency. By implementing ClickUp, we designed a system using project folders, segment-specific lists, and task-level automations that streamlined workflows, tracked progress, and notified team members at every stage. Custom fields, templates, and dashboards provided clear visibility into timelines, workload distribution, and task statuses, ensuring projects remained on schedule. The result was a fully automated, scalable solution that improved efficiency, time tracking, and collaboration across the organization.
