Meet Erica Statly.

Erica Statly (she/her/hers) is the behind-the-scenes marketing brain for Tuck Consulting Group. She’s been with us since 2023, and is also the Founder of her own firm that helps creative and marketing agencies do more with less—less time, fewer resources, and tighter budgets.. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she’s known for marrying data-backed strategy with real-world execution, empowering businesses to get organized, stay focused, and scale sustainably.

Her entrepreneurial spirit goes way back—like, elementary school back. (When she was in third grade she named her fish “Client”. But we promise she’s fun at parties). Since then, she’s built a career that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset. 

Originally from Michigan and now based in Charleston, South Carolina, Erica spends her free time beachside with her dog and cat, trying local coffee shops (there are many), and is an aspiring plant mom. She’s a thrifting pro and believes an Aperol Spritz is always a good idea—especially on a rooftop. While entrepreneurship takes up most of her energy (willingly), she wouldn’t have it any other way.
